This is a beautiful and cozy space. Perfect for a couple, small family, or in our case, close friends. The lake views are stunning and access to the water/ice is beyond easy. The host is very helpful and was ready to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Cute cottage literally steps away from the water! Perfect view to wake up to. Kyle’s place was conveniently located a few minutes from the little downtown area. Other nice wineries nearby and brewery (Abandon brewery was good). The place was cozy, clean, toiletries conveniently provided, and had basic kitchen supplies as listed. Kyle was super responsive and helpful as well. Only downsides were uncomfortable bed/pillows. The place was a bit confusing to find at first as it’s tucked behind some stairs, but overall well worth the stay! Would definitely come back in the summer.

Kyle was very communicative and the house was in a great location for a low key new year’s eve on the lake!

This lakeside property is beautiful, and the view can't be beat. It had all the amenities we needed and then some. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing experience.

You can’t get a house closer to the lake then this one! We had an amazing time. The house was clean and Kyle was lighting fast getting back to me when I reached out. We will definitely be back to this house.

Great cozy place with amazing views of the lake.

We had a terrific week at Keuka Lake. The home was perfect for our needs and is very well located. We fit 3 families of 5 easily in the two homes and it allowed the parents to stay in the upper house and the kids in the lower. There was no shortage of things to do! Swimming, boating, water skiing and fishing all made for a great trip.

My extended family has vacationed here for several years. It’s a great location with lots of amenities. Renting both houses is perfect for large groups or families.

This is a great place for family reunions and groups. We stayed here Memorial Day Weekend with an extended family group of 18. We had plenty of room with beds for each person. Beds and bedding were comfortable. It was great for us as we had adult children stay in smaller lower house while we stayed in the upper house. Kyle is a great host quickly responding to texts and requests. Having electronic locks on the doors made check-in simple. Access to the lake is simple with 2 docks. We rented a pontoon boat from the marina and picked up the group from the dock. Would definitely rent this property again. Thanks for hosting.

To say this property is ideally located feels understated. It is situated in the space between the lake and a road that doesn’t experience a huge amount of traffic and is a mere couple of miles from Penn Yan and all of the amenities found there. The views from this property to the lake are just stunning, and anyone staying at this property should be sure to take-in a sunrise. Wow! The lake was unbelievably warm and clear, and the private dock provided easy access for water sports/play. The hosts were thoughtful and communicated well leading up to and throughout our stay. They gave us some great recommendations for places to grab take-out and buy groceries and also suggested many other places to see/go that we just didn’t have the time to pull-off during our stay. Our group of 10 adults was easily accommodated in the 5 bedrooms, and the two kitchens (incl. sink, range, refrigerator, etc) and two laundry facilities were terrific for our large group. The deck overlooking the lake/lakeshore was great and made for a nice expansion for our mealtime seating. A fantastic time was had by all, and we’d have zero reservations about staying at this property again. Great property, great hosts! A+
